HandoverMed Ltd was founded on a simple observation: the hardest part of healthcare delivery is often everything happening around the care itself.
Origin
Why we started HandoverMed
Healthcare systems are under sustained strain — more demand, more complexity, more coordination, and finite people to absorb it. Much of that strain is invisible: it shows up as effort spent moving information between people, teams and systems that were never designed to work as one.
We started HandoverMed because that problem is a software problem, and because it is worth solving properly rather than quickly. Our founders came together around the belief that healthcare deserves the same standard of engineering, care and design rigour that other safety-critical industries take for granted.
We're honest about where we are. HandoverMed is newly launched. We don't have a long list of deployments to point to — we have a clear mission, a defined problem, and a commitment to build it with the people it's for.
